Description
We have no street light in this area and the one light that is at Woodland and Tilton, is blocked by the tree limbs. We've had several car breakins and thefts at this area of our street, as well as house burglaries. We NEED better and brighter street lights!

I've issued service request with the Pepco company and here is a message from the Pepco Representative:” Dear Ms. Bernstein: Thank you for contacting Pepco. A street light can be installed on a public street only with the approval from the controlling jurisdiction. The Home Owner's Association, at the request of the state can pay for the construction costs, however the state will pay the monthly service charges for a leased light on their road. Please be aware the approval letter must be on state letterhead requesting the light. The person to contact would be Mr. Jeff Henkel at (410) 787-4046 to arrange the approval. Ms. Bernstein, if further assistance is needed, please contact us again.
Sincerely,
Ms. Knight
