There is no specific address, it's in Fairmount Park. Looks like maybe 2900 block of Poplar Drive?

the issue is gravel over a stretch of road the intersection of Kelly Dr. and Poplar Dr. to the intersection of Poplar Dr. and Poplar Street (below Poplar St. would be the 2900 block as prev. pointed out, since it continues to Kelly Dr. it would be reasonable to assume that although it is not posted it would include the 2800 and 2700 Blocks, possibly the 2600 block, whatever stretches are needed to get you to the intersection with Kelly Dr.)
