Chronic problem throughout the city for decades. Wonder why the city employees don’t take care of these without having the public constantly having to report these failures. Can you imagine what this costs the public in terms of lost time and fuel? So tired of mediocrity.

Traffic signals at this intersection (Whalley, West Rock, Fountain going in all directions) seem to have been adjusted.
