Was this resolved? Alan, do they ever give you a target resolution date?

I see we have mailed out the citation for the owner and are in the process of ensuring they receive it on this case. Code violations are handled in a different manner than regular requests. Being that there are things we have to research, investigate, and inspect, there are no resolution dates provided for code enforcement cases.
