Fair Acres staff do not understand the meaning of 'right turn on red' and rarely come to a stop. A 'no turn on red' is needed here!

While people turn right from Old Forge Rd. onto 352 S. at a green arrow; many times another problem is the people making left turns out of Lima Estates at the very same time.

This area has only become worse in the past 2 years!!!
Since PSU Brandywine has been back in fall session I now sit in traffic from Rt 352 and Scyamore Mills Road through Rt 1 for at least 30-45 mintues every afternoon. This whole area is screwed!

Once construction is finally completed after several years on the improvements to Rt. 252 around Rose Tree Park ; Route 352 in Brookhaven ,Middletown , Lima area should be next on the list for PennDot . Perfect for 1960's traffic , but not today's.
