Description

There is a gold lexus, VA plate 729 663, parked on Montrose with a flat rear driver's side tire that has been there, in that state, for 2 - 3 weeks, as of this submission on 4/18/18. This is a blight and safety hazard on the narrow street, and needs to be addressed.
