Description

The one way streets in Scott's Addition seem to be too complicated for the roving bands of drunks to figure out. Maybe large arrows can be painted on the pavement every couple hundred feet to clarify this for them? Perhaps we can also do something to clarify the stop signs as the aforementioned bands of drunks seem unable to decipher the difference between an intersection in which they have the right of way and one in which they must stop, as indicated by the very confusing stop signs. All of this would obviously be in addition to the trash cans we need on each block to collect the refuse people take from the breweries and leave everywhere and the dog owners who refuse to clean up after their animals.
