Neighbors have been begging housing authority for years to have a weekly schedule to cut the grass, and to keep it clean, but as always no one cares, because housing authority and the city of new haven thinks just because it’s in a “not so good neighborhood”, that it’s okay to live this way, but if this was the Morris cove, or Westville, this would never happen; LCI should start imposing fines on them, like they do any other property that isn’t maintained!!!!
