Description

Foxon Blvd going towards North Branford is a 2 lane road (2 going towards North Branford, 2 going towards New Haven). Why are drivers trying to make it 3 lanes by driving in the break down lane? Isn't this illegal? I'm worried about having an accident. They want to make a right on red at the light to go on
Quinnipiac Road. Either make it a 3rd lane or police it & stop the drivers from doing this.
