Description
The street lights on RIchland Avenue from the middle of the 3600 block of Richland east to West End Place have been out for weeks. Calls letters and e-mails to NES have accomplished nothing. There are college dorms on this block, not to mention the families and neighbors.

By any chance have you reported this through the NES website? I generally get pretty good results when reporting problems through the website. The web address is www.newpower.com. Look for something on the left side of the initial webpage that says "Report Power Outages" or something like that. Under that section, there is an option for reporting street lights that are out.
Please also be aware the NES's West Service Center is still out of service due to the flooding that occurred back in May. That also includes several dozen NES trucks stationed at that service center and which were also damaged during the flooding. Therefore, it may take a little while.
