I agree that Billings Ave needs to be repaved (as well as several other streets in that area - including Griswold Ave and Jesse Ct.)
In fact, on 7/15/2009, I sent a request to the city to have Jesse Ct, Griswold Ave, etc. repaved. No one from the City responded to my request.
You did not leave a name or number for me to follow up with you, so please feel free to contact me directly.
In the meantime, I'll make the request again.
