Description

Smoky barbecue on sidewalk. Hard to breathe from the smoke from the wildfires and now this sidewalk barbecue. Spare the Air day. The smoke from this barbecue has been going for the last seven hours and is still on. This barbecue is on the sidewalk next to wood frame homes and apartment buildings. There is an ongoing problem with loitering, drinking, defecation/@#$%, debris, noise, drug dealing at this location.
This is a code violation. It is a dangerous fire, safety and heath hazard.
