Description

The alleyway behind Grove Ave and Kingcrest Pkwy is in horrible condition. The potholes are so bad, they are damaging vehicles drive through. The entire stretch between Antrim Ave and Woodlawn Ave desperately needs to be grated and re-graveled. The alley way really should be paved because of the constant use of this roadway.
