Description

Following the closing of the homeless camp by the city on Sep 13, as of this morning the homeless had reformed the camp on the bike paths, making it about impossible to navigate. Also, the persons camping there informed me as I was bicycling to work that the path is closed and no bikes are pedestrians are allowed. It is going to need to be checked as this is a hazardous situation for pedestrians and cyclists.
