I'm sorry sir, but I think you are thinking of a different spot on Richards Avenue than what I have described. If you travel Richards Avenue you must know where C&M Metals is. It's near the corner of Nelson Ave and Richards Ave. There is an 8 ft tall fence "hiding" the yard. It is a business that takes in scrap metal. I think the tractor trailers with heavy loads have broken up the pavement and the town of Dover just keeps patching it up. They need to close that area of Richards, dig up the that part of the road and put reinforcement in there so the trucks don't break it all up again.
