Description

On Santa Rita near Harrington, both sides of Santa Rita: two enormous mounds of dumping at perennial dumping site bottom of hill Santa Rita Land Trust. You name it, it's there: tires, trash, construction debris, et al. Worst I've ever seen, & I've been reporting dumping at this site for 25 years.
If these two mounds are joined, street access will be totally blocked off.
