Description

A car is showing up each night on the street (Silver 880 Volvo License # 93414) and dumping debris and trash on the street. The car leaves most days and comes back most nights. The street (both sides) is littered with their trash, dumpings, and filth (used condoms). Please send an office by in the evening to check on this car and get them off this street (and please help us clean up the street)
