Q. My suggestion is:
A. CityLink311 app does not offer an option to report missed recycling collection. Given how frequently Recycling Collection problems have to be reported by citizens, it would be helpful to return it to the issue options.

A. Whether an oversight or a misguided decision in the City's IT or CityLink office, removing this reporting option makes no sense.
