1553 Unionport Road building Custodian has not been doing a good job in keep the building clean, mice are growing in the basement and traveling up to upper floors through inside shallow walls due to water leakages from roof and plumbing.... while Parkchester keep increase the maintenance and owners are left in lazy custodian's mercy and unresolved roof/ceiling issues. Stairways smell like urine and not cleaned, lobby hallways are not cleaned properly nor polished. You rarely see anyone doing the daily cleaning. Parkchester should be more careful and responsible for the money they are charging for maintenance.
