Description

There's a terrible problem on this block of dog owners failing to pick up after their dogs. It's as if they walk with their dogs to this specific block with the idea that they needn't pick up after their dog here. This is a block with 2 schools and plenty of residents. It's indecent and it's a health concern. I'm requesting signs announcing fines for not picking up after your dog be installed on this block, and that an effort is made to enforce these fines. I'll gladly help.
