Description
Well here its the 23rd of april. Officer Sidie claimed on 4/1/2019 that this site would be dispersed. Well it isnt! This property owner has been given over a YEAR to clean up their property and nothing has been done and it has only gotten worse twofold! What a joke! People loitering around, garbage everywhere, where and when does it stop! I am sick and tired of all the two stepping that the city is feeding us taxpaying citizens on this camp an all the other out of control areas throughout Vallejo! The city needs someone who cares about Vallejo, not just a check taker!

If you haven't persuaded them by now.....
I don't like it either, but have resigned to work with what we have.
Below is the City Code is it will come down to, whenever the City deems this unabated within the time allotted. Or if it get to a potential health hazard (which it surely is by now).
7.62.250 - City abatement.
If the property owner fails to comply with the notice of violation within the time limit specified in the notice and order or, if appealed, in the written decision of the code enforcement appeals board, the code enforcement manager may abate the violation with city employees and/or by private contract: The manager is hereby authorized to enter the subject property to abate the violation. The costs of abatement shall be billed to the property owner pursuant to Section 7.62.260.
