there’s no real block number because it’s a street where no houses face in to it. It’s at the intersection of Lanvale and Westwood, a few feet away from the fire hydrant. It’s just in front of the land area that belongs to VDOT because it’s at the base of the interstate berm, on the city right of way by the sidewalk.
