Due to ODOT's delay in address this damage in a timely manner, the location has been infested with a transient encampment.

Followed up with ODOT. Katherine with ODOT stated on 9/3/2019 they'd be able to fix the fence the first week of September 2019, or soon after.

Fixed. 9/4/19. ODOT did not respond the first time. Required a second email and it took nearly three months after they were initially notified with precise location and photos.
