Hi - there have been people living in cars on Beaumont between MacArthur and Excelsior (a span of 2 blocks). This normally wouldn’t be a problem, however, there has been an increase in trash being dumped, including human feces on the sidewalk. Myself and neighbors have been cleaning up the trash when we can, but the human feces needs to be taken care of by a professional. It’s extremely hazardous and kids have been stepping in it on their way to the school bus and to school in the morning and afternoon. This needs to be taken care of ASAP. Thank you for your help.
