Description

Harry Street, where it meets Elm, is a one way street that can fit two cars. The right lane needs to be for right turns/continue straight, while the left lane needs to be a left turn/continue straight lane. (Either would be fine).

When traffic backs up, as it does during rush hour, erratic drivers bypass the cars in the right lane to turn right onto Elm from the left lane, creating dangerous and frustrating situation where they cut off drivers in the right lane.
