If your vehicle was stolen I would recommend calling the New Haven Police non-emergency line at (203)946-6316 to file a police report. I have recategorized this to post to neighbors as it is not a bicycle rack request, however anyone in the watch area might recognize your bike from the picture and comment in this request if they see it.
