There is a homeless guy living outside of Yasai market who is screaming and verbally assaulting people. He is blocking the sidewalk and urinating and defecting on the sidewalk. He’s been there for 10 months and no one is doing anything. He is coopting this neighborhood.

How does this guy have the right to Block the sidewalk for months, and create an unsafe/unsanitary environment where the general public shops? The very small businesses in this area are doing their best to survive. Specifically, Yasai produce market, owned by two sisters, do their best to provide the freshest produce and environment for their customers. However they also now have to be on alert at all times with unpredictability of this person who camps next to their store.
Please get this guy relocated in a safe situation for him and the community. It's very scary and intimidating to be around him,
