In the back of King's Gate apartments, there is a woman screaming and making derogatory remarks, clearly upset about someone in the apartment complex. This creates a hostile living environment for not only the people living in the apartment complex, but to the surrounding neighbors and homes. This is more of a cautionary measure to remind people to be conscientious of the law; the enjoyment and full use of one's property. Please resolve these things with tact.
