Not a single pothole has been repaired on Apgar St. since original request nine months ago, i.e from 951 Apgar St. to the intersection @ Market St.
Cannon et al continue construction of Apt. Building at the end of Apgar St. & 39th St. This project began six years ago in 2015, and daily construction vehicles continue to damage the 900 block of Apgar.
39th St. & Market St. have been repaved but not Apgar, why not? City of Oakland & Emeryville should use property taxes from this large construction project to repave builders' main access road.
