This street is considered a snow emergency route yet there is a silver 2-door car parked in front of this residence every night for the past week. I see it has been ticketed but the next time it is there it needs to be towed.

Issue varies. Some nights the car is still parked there and some nights it isn't. But this car is not alone. This morning (3/10/11) I noticed three other vehicles parked on the street (overnight) between South Burritt Street and Corbin Avenue to the west. They never learn.
