This is not resolved. It does not work. The crosswalk button on the east side of the street does not work. It does not talk or beep. I tested it today and yesterday.

I went to this crosswalk this morning and it did not work. It does not beep or say "WAIT" . The light on the button does not flash. I do not know why the 311 ticket 13-00288710 is closed and there are no additional comments on the issue. It needs to be fixed.
