Description
This alley has a Base that is failing, causing rain water to run through yards. It is so bad that when I had my Home inspected in 2001 they put "Gravel" for surface type on the inspection. We are no different than the homeowners two blocks away that have a new surface!

The paving season runs until the plants close in November-December depending on how fast it gets cold this winter.
