Description
I noticed another PDLC van idling at the same spot - different license plate id: OB65862. Again, the vans should just turn off the engine and keep the air clean instead of polluting.

The Clean Air Council has taken note of the location of this idling vehicle. We are gathering data to identify idling hot spots, so please make sure to write again if you see a vehicle idling at this location.
The Council will address the issue by alerting Philadelphia's Air Management Services, hanging anti-idling signs, and discussing the problem with local businesses. Thank you for your help in creating a smog-free city!

If a bus, large commercial truck or construction equipment is observed to be running its engine while stationary, please contact Air Management Services Unit at 215-685-7580.
All other vehicles, (cars, pickup trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc.), please report it to the Police Department at 911. Thank you. (mb)
