This tree is still standking (barely) and continues to have falling debris onto and around my house. With every storm or high wind condition, this tree had breaking branches that put my property in danger. Tree on lot 2909 leaning toward 2907. This is 3rd notice since January!!!!

This is a dead beat absentee landlord.. entire house is leaning north. Appears to be structurally unsound. In additions all 15 or so tenants throw appliances out of second story windows. Trash is scattered throughout the rear of the property. Siding handing. Front porch support pole on the south side appears to be separating from the roof.
Let's get this problem acknowledged - ADDRESSED - and FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This tree is STILL standing, now with virginia creeper covering it, and spreading onto the house at 2909 Barton. I would like to know if this is an issue the city will be dealing with, or if it has been turned over to Va. Power? It continues to be a danger to adjacent property.

I propose that we hire new staff to process citizen concerns more efficiently.
It's not like you have to spell the word 'acknowledged' - just click on the status bar - drop down menu - point and click.
That simple.

I am the property owner next to this house, and am concerned that this issue has not be resolved or acknowledge for me. I do know that someone has been here to look at the tree, but no action has been taken. Do the city officials not know who should remove this tree? I am not the owner of the property on which it stands, so I am not responsible. But if it falls on my house and does damage, what will be my recourse? Who do I turn to to pay for damage? Please at least acknowledge that there will be some kind of action taken. If nothing else, change status and notify me what will be done.

Still no action. 4 months at an open issue. This tree is constantly dropping debris on my property and is a DANGER to pedestrians. A tree service employee came and looked at tree, but no action taken. Is the position of the city to just leave this report open forever? Are you waiting for someone to be hurt by falling debris? The property owner has allowed vines to climb all over the house and tree, and the falling debris has done damage to their AC unit, but still no action.

This sounds like a bad situation. I do have to tell you, if the tree is on private property the city can't do anything about it.
If you can find the owners send them certifiied letter, letting them of the condition of the tree. Let them know the serve notice of possible financial responsibility.
That pretty much all you can do. Sorry.

this has been opened for over one year. Has yet to have the status changed to reflect that is at the very least 'acknowledged'.
Who is running this SEECLICKFIX program for the city?
Need to bring this up at the next MPAC meeting and/or when the Mayor has another public 'town hall' meeting.

Gave up on this a long time ago. Will have insurance co sue for damages when they happen.
