A tree came down on the power lines on sunday, Duke power cut the tree and threw all the debris into a 20ft. street right of way, told me that the City would need to clean it up.There is a 24 inch pipe that drains all the storm water in our neighborhood that is now blocked. I have a letter from the City that says they own the property We need this cleaned up before the next storm comes through.
