Dead dog in ditch across from Cobble Hill Apartments. Possibly hit then pulled out of road. Trash bags laying around body where people have littered.

No it has not been removed. The body is sunk down into itself where you can not see it just driving by. It is at least 4 feet past my mom's mailbox. Directly across the street from Cobble Hill Apartments.
