    Dimond Library garden- in the garden section to the left of the front entry of the library, the irrigation system does not function. There is a waterline with sprinkler heads buried that runs along the front of it. An irrigation specialist is needed to locate the sprinkler head locations & to have the system in this section of the garden functional.
