Streets - Street Deterioration ReconnuFlorence Ave & Modoc Ave Oakland, CA, 94618, USA - Upper RockridgeThis block has the worst pavement in the neighborhood AND YET IT IS THE ONLY BLOCK NOT SCHEDULED FOR REPAVING DURING THE CURRENT PROJECT OR IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS!!!! The bicycle coalition has identified it as one of the top 10 worst blocks in Oakland. Temporary asphalt was put down recently to cover the 4 inch deep 4 x 5 foot crater and that is starting to deteriorate. DID ANYONE FROM THE CITY ACTUALLY VISIT THE NEIGHBORHOOD BEFORE THEY MADE THE PAVING SCHEDULE OR DID YOU JUST DRAW LINES FROM THE MAP FROM YOUR OFFICE!!!

Unbelieveably, this block of Florence Avenue, which is BY FAR THE WORST BLOCK ON THE STREET, is NOT scheduled for repaving. IT MAKES NO SENSE AND IT IS DANGEROUS!
