We understand that we are to cut the grass on these large areas beyond our back fence back to the bank of the river (drain). What are the rules of using the property? Also who is responsible for the tree issues on that plot of land? Trees fall and they don't belong to the homeowner. Are vehicles allowed to drive and park back there? Are playscapes and other structures allowed to be erected on that property? Are ATVs, snowmobiles, and dirt bikes allowed to be driven on that property?
