Every single day and night, these vehicles are parked on the service road on the corner of Taft and Hiatus Rd. There are usually at least three vehicles each and every day limiting the road space to one lane. While turning the corner, I believe one day especially at night, there might be a car accident due to not being able to see around the parked vehicles to on coming traffic.

I was not aware that a residence could be allowed to turn the roadways into a used car lot. Thank you for your time.

Trees were completely removed without permit at 1831 and 1841 N Hiatus Rd on Monday 7.22.2019.

We had observed a tree company with a bucket truck doing a good job around the corner on Taft street. On Sunday 7.21.2019 we had them trim several trees/shrubs. Because they did not speak English we could not seem to communicate to them that we wanted them to stop cutting 2 of those trees. We even tried showing them a photo of how we wanted them to look from the PPines City Connect newspaper.

We have been getting those rapidly growing black olives trimmed for 20 plus years without problems. During their work on Sunday, some neighbors down the street pulled up and spoke to them. The next day, Monday the 22nd, that neightbor and house next to them both had trees removed. I'm sure they did not obtain a permit in one day.

We received a notice from Code Compliance Officer Brendan Maher today 7.31.2019 concerning our trees. Folio #514107031220.

I can provide name of company and phone number. Be advised, we were not pleased with outcome of our 2 trees. Although they were nice gentlemen, they could not communicate and would not follow our directions due to language barrier.
