    URGENT: Need SUV towed off my driveway.
    Behind my house I have an 8-foot setback from the alley's edge. The alley is so narrow, that I need this to turn into my carport doors. This also gives me a parking spot in the back, useful since my house is old and I am remodeling it.

    Yesterday this SUV parks on my land and spans onto my neighbor's driveway (826 Maine) blocking their garage. I walked up and down the block asking---no one knows who it belongs to. I left a note

    Weird part is police won't tow it because it is on private land. Who do I get to tow it? We don't want to pay.

    Called Vallejo Parking at (707) 648-5407 and they cannot help.
    Called Vallejo Traffic at (707) 651-7172 and there is only a vm.
    Called Code Enforcement at (707) 648-4389 and they say there is nothing they can do and I have to pay for the tow.

    This is a dangerous intersection that should have a stop light. Drivers, including semi-trucks with air breaks, miscalculate the steepness of the grade coming down Maine from Alameda and speed past this intersection. There are numerous accidents. Please add a stop light so that people slow down.
