    this sewer manhole's MOUNTING FLANGE is totally loose and clangs VERY loudly when it is run over. The entire flange needs to be removed, and then reseated properly. To simply put asphaltic caulk around it will NOT fix the problem.

    The sewer (or storm drain ) manhole outside 4000 Fruitvale was NOT fixed - it still clanks. The manhole cover Mounting Flange, which is rocking, needs to be re-seated on top of the concrete manhole. Judging by the metallic sound of the clannk, the mounting flange may be on a metal extender ring. This manhole cover assembly needs to be reworked 100%.

    please inspect and clean the listed manholes in order to try and prevent sewer surcharging in the City's 8" sewer outside my property.

    The surcharging occurs during periods of very heavy rains or extra long duraton of major rains.

    The city's sewer pipe in the street of Harding Way is under sized. During periods of heavy prolonged rain the sewer "surcharges" and discharges into the street. The flow is too great for the pipe's size. This was stated to me by the City's field workers. More importantly, it tries to push sewage into my house and my neighbor's house because the hydraulic grade line of the sewer flow is above my main (and only) floor and above my neighbor's lower floor. The City needs to replace the pipe with a larger pipe.

    the turf at Estuary Park is being destroyed by the City's neglect and by the public driving over the field. This field used to be in much better condition before Covid times. You need to add traffic bollards and gates to exclude trucks and cars, and you need to redo the turf and start maintaining it. Else sell the entire site to a developer and dont pretend that its a coy park.
