The bushes/plants near the curb on the 1400 block of Encinal near the corner of the 1300 block of Morton St are completely overgrown. It’s difficult for pedestrians to get through and you can only go single file. These need to be cut back or removed completely. They rarely get trimmed and it seems nobody is maintaining them.
