Our cork tree was removed and we are following up on our request for a new Red Bud Tree. We will be away in Japan from 4/28 - 6/6/24. We are looking forward to our new tree. If a Red Bud isn't available we would like another Cherry Tree. Thanks, Beryl Minkle and Haakon Chevalier

We have a Cork Tree that is dying, as was confirmed last year by the Cambridge arborist. We need the tree to be removed and a new tree to replace it. I tried to submit a request for tree removal, but it only pulled up information about our neighbor's tree problem also on Gold Star Road. I couldn't submit my own request.

The cork tree in front of our house is declining. According to several tree specialists, it's not going to live for very long, maybe a couple of years. In the meantime, would the city please prune dead branches? Thanks, Beryl Minkle

The bottom of the pole holding up the water bag on the right side (from the sidewalk) of our Cherry tree has rotted. The bottom of the pole is in the ground (we can't get it out) and we can't push the pole back into the ground. It's just resting on the tree for now. Thanks for your help with this. Beryl Minkle

We have had an Amur Cork tree in front of our house for many years, and although we love the tree, it doesn't seem to be doing very well. We request that this tree be removed and would like to have a birch tree to replace it if possible. Last year we had a beautiful and healthy Cherry tree planted in front of our house. It's doing very well.

Neighbors have seen very large rats running into our yard. Two next-door neighbors on my side of the street are using Terminix for rat control. What can the City do for this problem?
