    This drug addict has been allowed to live here by Vallejo City Attorney's for over a year. . We were told by city attorney, who happens to be a homeless advocate from San Fransiko, there is nothing legally they can which IS A LIE! These drug addicts sit here and shoot dope all day and nod out from the heroin or fentanyl. I guess they will move them when they OD. AWESOME to see this as you enter Vallejo on the main boulevard, really helps businesses. Oh and now there's another drug addict with a suburban parked with him

    Garbage everywhere , garbage is going into the gutters into the runoffs..

    Cops drive by EVERY day...no citation not tow??? If it was my car parked there with litter massed around I would get fined for sure as well as towed.

    Abandoned or bums living in this van. garbage is growing. This pic is actual cleaner than usual. The bums are congregating by the 29/37 overpass again, a tent has already popped up under it after they were all evicted a while back.
    Thing is if the City acts quickly they will move on, it's when you let them get comfortable they start destroying the area

    Homeless guys came here after they were kicked out from under bridge. Now we are getting more joining this guy. The ay are starting to camp directly across from us now also at 1630 Lewis Brown Dr. Trash is everywhere now and it;s just getting worse.
