    All of the lights at the dog park are out. With the time change the park is completely dark in the early morning.

    The park is not open on time once again. It is 7:29 am. I understand this happens once in a while for various good reasons. However this is a regular occurrence. Very frustrating and annoying for those of us who rely upon the timing.
