continuous dumping on this fire road just off redwood parkway. appears big trucks are coming in and dumping massive amounts of shredded tree bark. and now people are leaving it in bags as well. perhaps the neighbors with houses along this fire road could turn their cameras on the backyards to find out who is doing this. It's been going on for quite a while.
