    The vegetation at park is overgrown, with weeds and ivy spilling onto the sidewalk around the whole perimeter of the park. The city pays someone to do this work and it is consistantly being poorly maintained by whomever is being paid for this work. This overgrowth catches/encourages trash dumping/disguarding in the area. If a vendor is being paid to do this work Oakland should look for a more diligent vendor. If it is a city employee doing this work their supervisor should take appropriate action to bring their work up to an acceptable standard.
