Sec. 21-30. Barricading vacant buildings.
(a) Every person owning or having charge or control of any unsecured building shall remove all combustible waste and refuse therefrom and lock, barricade or otherwise secure all windows, doors and openings in the building to prohibit entry by unauthorized persons.

Sec. 3-17. Signs over streets, sidewalks; where other advertising prohibited. (a) No sign of any kind shall be permitted to project over or be suspended over or across any street or sidewalk except in accordance with the provisions of §3-94 of this Chapter. There is construction going on that has not been worked on for at least a month. Please fix the issue so that the road will be back to two lanes again.

Can the city do anything about this? It is dangerous and has been here for many months.

EPB or the City should collect this before someone gets hurt.

This house has been in this condition for over a year now.
