  • 1073 N Perry Pontiac Michigan - Pontiac
The old Aaron Rent to Own building. This building is falling apart and rotting as we speak. Abandoned, and falling down in pieces, an eyesore has been sitting here far to long by 3 schools and an apartment complex where children live and have to walk by everyday to and from school
  • Cooley Street - Sixteen Acres
at the request of neighbors, 3 houses in a row, stripped, windows broken out, tree branches down, all over the property, trash, litter and debris, rusted, abanoned car pushed up in the rear near a garage that's falling down, one house, probably the worst-$500.00 down, $300.00 a month and it's falling in. I have friends over there, they don't deserve this mess. One resident goes out and mows lawns in that area just so things don't get out of hand. These three properties, too late to save
  • 333-345 N Saginaw St Pontiac, MI 48342, USA - Pontiac
house has no windows, in fact it looks haunted. just the shell standing in the tall weeds, overgrown bushes and grass. has been open to trespass long before winter. I saw the city with lawnmowers think, silly me, they are mowing, yes but only in the right of way. disgusting site leading into or out of the downtown
  • 866 Inglewood Archivé
800-898 Inglewood Ave Pontiac, MI 48340, USA - Pontiac
866 Orland o is actually 866 Inglewood. Overgrown weeds, bushes and vegetation to the point the house sitting on this property is hardly visible. Doors are open to trespass and also a shed sitting on the property. If you weren't so stunned by the site of this property, you might just think it's the woods.
  • 1201 Meadowlawn Pontiac, MI 48342, USA - Pontiac
it used to be an illegal car repair business, now it's a black eye and a danger to those who live by it. Door is kicked in, garage door falling down, tall and overgrown grass and weeds at least shoulder high. Corner lot, it's hard to see around this mess.
  • 29 99 Taylor St Pontiac, MI 48342, USA - Pontiac
seems to me someone could go out and weed whip the tall grass and overgrowth away from the fire hydrants in case there's a fire. If you can't park blocking a fire hydrant, why is it the weeds and grass can grow until you can't even see it. And please, make sure they are working also
  • 1-69 Pinegrove St Pontiac, MI 48342, USA - Pontiac
Part of a duplex apartment. Doors kicked in, in fact you can see all the way through the house to the back. Window frames are busted out, windows smashed, garbage all over in front of house and on the vacant lot next door. The lot next to this site has illegal dumping and the weeds and grass are extreamly overgrown. Kids on this street, this house is a potential danger to their safety.
  • 46-66 Florence St Pontiac, MI 48342, USA - Pontiac
On Florence coming in from Oakland Ave., grass is at least 41/2 feet tall. Ahouse sits back in all this grass and overgrown weeds and you can barely see it. It's vacant as are numerouse as are numerouse other houses on this block of Florence. Doors kicked in, windows broken out, trash and junk all over. Grass and weeds are so tall and overgrown, you can't see the sidewalk.
  • 125 Mary Day - Pontiac
The house was bad enough sitting on the edge of this historical district of homes. The house had been stripped, the windows and frames removed. I'm sure anything worth anything inside was gone too. The doors kicked and open on the side of the house and in the back. Recently it was burned. If you think it was bad then, you should see it now. Anyone parking in the lot at the hospital probably won't believe their eyes either. Something has to be done. Lots of kids in the neighborhood and school is almost out.
  • 866 Orlando Archivé
843-899 Orlando Ave Pontiac, MI 48340, USA - Pontiac
The weeds are so tall you can hardly see the the vacant, abandoned, open to trespass, falling down house sitting in the middle of it all. This happens every year. Weeds are all the way out to the street and taller than your head. House is open and there's also a shed, open to trespass sitting in this mess. If someone were to be killed in that mess, nobody would even find the body. It looks like the wilderness.
  • 85 169 W Yale Ave Pontiac, MI 48340, USA - Pontiac
abandoned house, windows are gone, door kicked, according to ordinance is suppose to be boarded up, made safe and secure and not open to elements.
  • 591-659 Kenilworth Ave Pontiac, MI 48340, USA - Pontiac
City officials must have enough picutes of this site to wall paper their office. There's everything under the sun. I have sent pictures and sent pictures because every time I stop there, I can hardly believe my eyes. Garbage, trash, wood, tires, you name it, it's there. These pictures are posted on facebook and my space-Citizens Against Blight
  • 185-319 S Edith St Pontiac, MI 48342, USA - Pontiac
this house is so burned up, it should have been taken down the night it burned. the house is so charred, the roof caved in over the porch, no saving it but the perfect place for a child to get hurt. A strong wind could knock this place down.

  • 1111-1199 Meadowlawn Dr Pontiac, MI 48340, USA - Pontiac
This is probably the worst stretch of road in Pontiac. It has been patched and repatched. It's will shake the screws right out of your glasses, it's so rough. It probably would have been cheaper in the long run to just repave the road.
Meadowlawn is on one corner of W. Columbia
  • 1128 Oakland Ave Pontiac, MI 48340, USA - Pontiac
You can sit an eternity on Oakland to make a left hand turn onto Kennett Road. It's a red light with a green arrow. It takes too long and more often then not, there's no traffic coming. Sometimes people think the red light is stuck and turn anyway. I would get caught.
